SJF, You will get your $10 via BestBuy Rewards points (500 points) added to your account within two weeks of the purchase date. The 500 points can be redeemed into a $10 Best Buy Reward Certificate that can be used for purchasing anything in the store or online. Hope this helps!

If it was pre-ordered before the date it dropped and as long it was apart of the rewards. You should receive 15 days after delivery. Hope this helps

your points will automatically be posted to your BB rewardzone balance so $10 would be 500 points added. Points post a few days after the game that was pre ordered is purchased.
