A:AnswerMine (Gen 4) didn’t work with digital optical cable to TV but, updating the firmware allows just the usb to handle all the sound. I suppose your TV would need Dolby Atmos
A:AnswerI would not be extremely hard on these, honestly the build quality is better compared to a lot of headsets. They feel very sturdy, so I would say they will last longer.
A:AnswerIf you still have this issue, you will need to reset the base and reinstall firmware. On the base bottom, there is a small pinhole ear the rear pad. With the base plugged in to your PC (app running), use a paper clip to press that button, put the headset back on the base and reinstall the firmware.
