A:Answer I was told 5-10% loss, I had a 4070 S on my 10600k(z490) and it ran fine. Smoked my 3060 ti. I was going to upgrade CPU first, but after researching everything, decided to do GPU then whatever CPU I can grab when a sale hits. I hope this helps.
