- Answer Windows 10 S which only allows MS apps. You have to go online to find out how to switch to Windows 10.

QuestionNeed a laptop only for video stream from Xfinity, Nflix, U-tube ,Viki, TV drama websites, e-mail, internet banking/shopping/general browsing. NO data/word process, video edit, gaming. But need Acrobat for PDFing. Will this laptop do the job adequately?

- Answer I dislike the Asus and think it is one step above a chromebook. I would get an HP or MSI laptop. I have an MSI GP 72VR that is great for what you want. It is a 17" screen and bulky though. If you want something easier to carry around I actually recommend a Surface Pro 4. Never thought I would say that, but it is a pretty good machine and you can use it as a laptop or tablet. I love ASUS motherboards for building my desktops, but I have found their finished products to be lacking.

QuestionCan i use google chrome and google docs on windwos 10-s machine or do i need to swithc to windows 10 pro? how much is involved i switching? is there enough memory to download anti-virus programs and windows media player?

- Answer Google Chrome cannot be installed and used with the laptop, Google Docs can be accessed through a Google or Gmail account, from a web browser. No need to switch to WINDOWS 10 PRO. However, you can switch at your own discretion. Once you switch to WINDOWS 10 PRO, you won't be able to go back ti WIN 10 S. The OS comes with an anti-virus software and a media player, by default.

- Answer You would need to buy a flashdrive a usb keyboard. This is a small computer with a small keyboard, unless you have tiny hands, I can't see it as being easy to type on. Also, might I suggest LibreOffice. It is free and works with MS Office files. The storage is minimal, hence the flashdrive and/or SD card. You can get a large one fairly cheap. If an external keyboard is not an option, I recommend a 15.6" laptop as the keyboard is more amenable to a lot of typing.

- Answer Yes, memory and HD are NOT upgradeable - soldered in. BUT, you can put in a micro-SD card to add more *storage* space for music videos, pictures, etc. ASUS' own store has a 4GB model (with 64G HD) if you prefer extra RAM.

- Answer The laptop will not support Fortnite. If the product is still within Best Buy's return or replacement window, you will be able to return it and purchase a laptop that will support Fortnite, please contact Best Buy for details.

- Answer The computer does not meet the system requirements for Fortnite, however it can play Roblox and Star Stable just fine.
