If you upgraded to Windows 10, do a disk clean up and delete any old Windows 8.1 files. When I upgraded my HP it ran pretty slow so I purchased a 2TB HD because my 1TB was nearly full. Still ran slow, but after dis clean and removal of old windows installations it ran like it was brand new. FYI, if you have an older copy of office, it should work. MS has gotten greedy by making office a subscription based software at around $60 a year.

My box did not have the installed, so that took over an hour to download and install. Also, I had to reinstall the QUALCOMM wireless network card because the Wi-Fi was only downloading at 2 Mbps instead of 16 Mbps. I reinstalled the drivers and it now gets 16 Mbps download.
