QuestionI was going through the specification and under features, it says Security Features -> Fingerprint Reader. However, I don't see the sensor anywhere in the pictures. Can somebody please confirm if the laptop has the fingerprint sensor or not?

QuestionI have just bought a Wacom Bamboo Ink pen from Best Buy, but it does not work for this laptop Q534UX. The person who works at Best Buy told me it works on every device that have window ink.

- Answer I'm not sure if yours is exactly the same model as mine (I bought mine Dec 2016), but if it is, mine doesn't support a pen. You can find out by going to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System. You should see "Pen and Touch". This field will tell you if your PC supports pen use.

QuestionHow do you protect the keyboard when using in Tablet mode on the Asus 2 in 1; where you fully flip? I flip and the keyboard can be on a hard surface or even my lap at times. Seems like that will eventually damage the keyboard?

- Answer I have not yet encountered this issue, but I looked around a little on the internet and found a very helpful guide to tell you how to do it. QuestionI want to connect this to my samsung tv. The tv has hdmi and hdmi dvi inputs. Will the hdmi on this computer transmit video and audio or does audio have to be separate somehow? does it have a speaker port?

- Answer No, this unit does not have an optical drive. However, you may buy an external USB DVD RW drive approximately at $25.

QuestionMy robotic vacuum chewed up Asus AC adapter. When I brought it to Best Buy we discovered that the adapter Best Buy sells as a universal fit doesn't have the right size tip and Asus said they have changed the size tip they use. What size is it?

- Answer You need to buy a Universal Adapter directly from ASUS. I bought one from Amazon and had the same problem as you, wrong tip. Universal model from ASUS comes with 4 or 5 different tips

- Answer You have to go to the power settings page and select high performance to get the laptop into 4K display mode. Had the same issue and got an answer from ASUS.

- Answer You need to check with Asus regarding drivers. Nvidia-distributed drivers may or may not work. Cooling might also be an issue. The interface and size are standardized but you should check the height of any new graphics card you may be considering (for case clearance). You will also need very tiny TORX tools to disassemble the case.
