How long does the battery last (for basic web use)? null

The battery of this model unit can last up to 9 hours. Please be advised that the battery life varies by configuration, operating conditions, and other factors. Maximum battery capacity decreases with time and use.

I've had it last for about 6-7 hours without keyboard lit up and brightness 25%

The battery life is longer than expected from my point of view. I can normally get 9-10 hours on one charge for basic internet use. Of course videos will drain it faster like any laptop.

I usually get at least 6 hours; results will vary widely depending on power settings and usage.

I usually time out before the battery does. That being said, after about 3 hours, I still have over half battery life per the indicator in the task bar. It usually claims there is 8 to 10 hours of battery life left. I do not feel it is inaccurate in that claim. Additionally, you can disable thngs like bluetooth and set your screen to low brightness to be economical with your battery usage.
