A:AnswerIt does not come installed. By default Best Buy sells this computer with a one-year subscription to Microsoft Office (you can buy it without and save about $50). When you start it up and enter the subscription code Word (and the rest of Office) will be installed from the internet. You do need to maintain the subscription if you want to keep using Word after the year is up.
