QuestionI understand that this machine only comes with windows 10. Did I read a previous answer correctly that I CANNOT transfer my existing software for Office, Outlook, etc?

- Answer If you have a version of Office with Outlook that is compatible with Windows 10, it should not be a problem. I know that the Office 2010 versions and up are compatible.

QuestionMy mouse apparently stopped working. I put new batteries in. Tried the touch screen but can't get the box to log onto windows. Any suggestions are most welcome!

- Answer Same problem for me. Try connecting in another USB port. That worked for me. Don't know answer to touch screen.

- Answer First step, copy your docs from the Mac to a flash drive, external drive or cloud drive (like dropbox) then copy the files from your first destination to the PC
