- Answer yes you need a DUAL-LINK DVI connector/adapter and it will work fine.

- Answer These monitors have an AUX-IN to play sound through the built in speakers on the back. They also have a headphone out jack for headphones or even other speakers. I run my Bluray through an HDMI cable and output sound to headphones this way.

- Answer You'd have to switch the source, there is display port which would be for computers, and then there is hdmi which is what you're using to plug in the playstation. There should be a source button that you can press to switch it.

QuestionDo you have to download a driver to run it with the DVI cable? My HDMI works with it, but so far it says it doesn’t detect when try to connect using the DVI cable. Thanks

- Answer You always want to make sure your graphics card drivers are updated, but there are no drivers for the monitor itself. Make sure the DVI port you're plugging into is on the PC's graphics card and not a port on the motherboard. If you're plugging into the motherboard's DVI you won't be able to get any video signal unless you physically remove your graphics card. If the DVI cable is plugged into the GPU you need to verify that the cable is working. If you've done both of these steps and still have issues you should contact your local Geek Squad to have them take a look at your setup.

- Answer No, it has neither. This monitor actually came out before g-sync did, and if you google it you will see Nvidia actually had a separate board you could swap out that would make it g-sync. I believe it retailed around $200, and I actually won one in a giveaway. The difference wasn't worth the $200 it would have cost IMO.
