• The Windows 10 OS is already installed on this model unit. You don't need to download it anymore.

• It says it is pre-installed with Windows 10 Home Edition. Maybe you were thinking of the days where Windows 7 and 8 were getting free updates to Windows 10. Please keep in mind, Windows 10 just unleashed the new anniversary update, a whole new interface of unique styles. You might have to do that update, but it is already for Windows 10 for you.
