I would reach out to the manufacture. The system comes with a one year warranty. The first thing I would check is to make sure windows is up to date and and your hardware drivers and firmware are the latest. Depending on the game you may need to reduce the graphics settings of the game in order to play. I had the same problem with CyberPunk.
