Can we add internal HDD null

It must be a 2.5 inch format HDD I would suggest to add a M.2 SSD instead , depending on which brand you get it will deliver up to 2,500Mbs read/write or more compared to a HDD at 7200rpm which only gives you 150Mbs read/write. Or a mid range buy get an SSD which delivers 580Mbs read/write.
