why can't people spend a minute to google? Minecraft is easy to run so yes you can play on high settings, performance may be hindered if you play with a high res texture pack. I am not sure about path of Exile but the graphics look rather basic so the laptop should be able to handle it but I would check the game recommended specs and compare what the recommended specs are to what this computer has
