- Answer If you are on a very tight budget, this would be a good laptop for college. It is light. The screen has high resolution, and it has excellent battery life. On the other hand, it is significantly slower than more expensive laptops. If your budget can handle it, I think you would be more satisfied with the Macbook Air 13 or Acer Swift 3 (also available at Best Buy), both of which have an I5 processor (roughly twice as fast) with more RAM and faster SSD storage.

- Answer As it shipped, it does not support USB-C charging. Perhaps it could be enabled in a firmware update, but don't count on it. On the other hand, replacement/additional chargers/ac-adapters are cheap for this model and relatively compact.

- Answer No. It would be better to spend a bit more and get a laptop with more RAM , and a faster, larger SSD drive. For about $250 more, for example (also at Best Buy) the Acer Swift 3 gives you a faster I5 processor, twice the RAM and twice the SSD. And the Acer's SSD should be faster as well. Weight, screen and battery life should be similar.

- Answer School yes - gaming no - depends on how much money you can afford. Best Buy has some great coupons for college kids for laptops worth $100-150.00 off.. Extra bonus if the laptop is on sale you can double dip

- Answer The graphics are on a par with a typical laptop from 5 years ago. You can see a few game demos on Youtube. Search for "N3700 gaming".
