Wired, that's about right: 4 Ethernet connections (LAN), 1 Internet connection (WAN), and 2 USB ports for hard drives or printers. Wirelessly, it should support whatever you have. We had 10+ wireless devices connected without a problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, you can connect more than that. You can only connect 4 wired network devices, unless you buy a switch with more ports. Wireless connections are limited to around 250 devices, unless you know how to change a subnet mask.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This router uses a class c ip address by default, so it could cater up to 254 devices as a whole. 7 devices are just the recommended number of devices for this router, but it could cater to more wireless devices. You might experience some lagging though since the more devices, the lower the bandwidth will be.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have 45 devices connected to this router and they all work flawless. This router can handle up to 253 devices at once.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure where it was specified that only 7 devices can be connected but I currently have 3 phones, 2 tablets, 2 chromecasts, 3 laptops and other 3-4 home devices connected to it (wireless) and 3 hardwired (game system, blue ray, etc.) and so far no problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't seen that. But, I can assure you we connect many more than that. I know I've noticed at least 14. Six people are in my house each potentially with a computer, phone, and maybe even a tablet running. Then it also supports the printer, Roku, and chromecast.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Not to my knowledge. We have had at least 10 devices on it. I cant speak to impact on speed. I doubt all 10 devices were on the web at the same time. But i have never had a device booted off the network or been uable to connect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That may be referring to the ethernet connections because I have up to 14 different devices accessing the router, either through wifi or ethernet. I see no limitations.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have at least 15 devices connected to this router. 13 are wireless. Works great without skipping a beat!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. That is not correct. I currently have 11 to 20+ devices connected at any given time all at full speed. I have 100mbs down and 12mbs up across the board (limited to abotu 40mbs with non 5GHz capable devices). Where does it say anything about a max of 7 connected devices?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
