QuestionDoes it work with a Surface Pro?

- Answer Seems to work with any computer with working USB 3 ports. The port needs to supply both power and signal. It works on my HP and Dell with windows 10. Should work on the Surface. The setup was very easy out of the box and they even provided an adapter to convert from USB-C to USB 3. Picture is sharp and clear. I have mine set up so I see all the parties in Zoom meetings on the monitor which leaves the main computer to share data. I would recommend this monitor to others

QuestionWarranty info says 3 years parts and labor. Is warranty executed back to manufacturer or back to Best Buy?

QuestionASUS could you make this clear please? Description says compatible with only windows, but people are been able to use it with mac. Does it work with mac or not? I have 2017 mac book pro with type c port.

- Answer I have a Mac and this monitor works great with it. Mine is a MacBook Pro with USB-C ports. I didn't even need to download the driver to use it in a horizontal configuration. But, you will need to download the driver if you want to use the screen in a vertical configuration, at least in my experience.
