- Answer These phones are not cell phones, they are link-2-cell, meaning that through a Bluetooth connection you can answer up to two cell phones using the hand set instead of the actual cell phone, it works well for that. It has nothing to do with viewing data.

- Answer Hello Rinch. At this present time we have had no problem with the AT&T Model DL72310 phones. They are working fine. If I may suggest that you download the manual for your phone. That hopefully that it will guide you in right direction. My second option would be contact AT&T Tech support to assist you in correcting the problem. Hope this may be helpful to you.

- Answer Yes, you can change the amount of rings. The instructions are on page 75 of the quick start guide. Press menu/select in idle mode. Press cid or dir to highlight answering sys, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to highlight ans sys setup, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to highlight # of rings, then press menu/select. Press cid or dir to choose from 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 or toll saver. Press menu/select to save.
