QuestionHow do I get our messages to go to our new ATT answering machine and not to our phone carrier voicemail. Our old ATT answering machine did this but I cannot get the new ATT system to work this way. Calls go directly to Voice Mail on phone

- Answer You can set the number of rings before going to the answering machine and your phone carriers voicemail. Set these phones to 1 fewer ring.
