QuestionWe just bought the AT&T CRL32202. Only the hand set will record a message and allow playback. The base unit will always show 0 messages and when pushing play button it says there are no messages but there is and we can play them on the hand set.

QuestionOk so I just bought this phone system and when I went to start setting it up handset #1 just died. Literally In my hand. The battery was fully charged, according to the indicator on the screen. Could the battery be defective or the handset? #2 handset ok

- Answer All these phones run on batteries yes and u need to have them charged also when u get the phone u always need to hook the battery up first or u can charge the phone.
