QuestionI believe the phone has no internal battery backup. Will the stored speed dial and other data be saved if the phone is disconnected simultaneously from both the telephone line and power adapter, and for how long? IE: non-volatile vs volatile memory?

QuestionThe LED is fading on the caller id pad. Do I have to buy a new phone? How can I get the LED to come back? We use 2 of these in our office.
