- Answer Not sure if you can block calls or not. After it’s programmed it will display time. When it rings it will display the caller name & phone number.

- Answer You can set the ringtone to a fairly comfortable volume, though I wouldn't call it "quiet." I didn't see anything about a flash only ring in the manual, as far as I could tell.
