“Can I use this one for VOIP? Is this set usable ONLY for AT &T? Can I use it for internet based VOIP calls, when I have vonage like phone connection?”

• It can be used for VOIP phone systems. I am using it with the magicJack VOIP system and it works great!

• This phone doesn't require that AT&T provide your phone service to work. I use an internet based VOIP and the phone works as expected and without complaint.

• I use Ooma with no problems which is also a VOIP. No issues in set up or using. the only hiccup is that both systems have an answering system built in, If I'm on the phone, my Ooma system answers. If I'm not on the phone the phone answering system takes over.

• Yes this set is usable for connection to Vonage or other VOIP systems. I use mine connected to a VOIP system and it's great. You don't have to worry about running phone wiring. Just put the wireless handsets in any room in your house and enjoy.
