A:AnswerGo to menu, then scroll down to directory. After that, go to Add Contact and add your contact. I can't find a way to add spaces to the contact name so mine are all just one word.

A:AnswerI purchased this system and added 2 extra phone receivers. I have had no problems what so ever. Try moving the base station to a different location in your residence. My theory on electronics is they either work or they don't. Good luck. I recommend this product.
