Q: QuestionI have the clp99387 unit. Got the BT headset paired. I can answer calls using the headset but how do I make calls. Now I have to revert to using the handset or speakerphone. Both of which I am trying to avoid. Yes the phone is smarter than me.

• A:Answer Initially they have to announce their name and the system will tell you that, "You have a call from______". After that, you can add their number to the approved contacts list and they're good to go. I love this feature because I have not received a telemarketer call at home since I installed this it. For this reason alone, it's worth every penny.
