- A:Answer Per the user guide: Telephone base voltage (AC adapter output) 6VDC @ 600mA 5.1VDC @ 1000mA The adapter is 6 volts, it should work with either 120 or 240 volt. I would call AT&T to verify. Their number is: 1 (800) 222-3111
