Q: QuestionMom is switching from Verizon to Spectrum. The base unit has to be plugged into the Spectrum gateway. does the other unit have to be plugged into anything ? Or do we need wireless phones ?

• A:Answer Once your base module is synced with the new carrier the other phone should work (plug it into an electrical outlet to charge the battery). If not, then a call to the new carrier is in order for tech support.
