Can you use this phone without a data plan? null

You should be able to. Just use the data features where you can connect to WiFi networks. Of course, without mobile data you will not be able to connect everywhere. I originally used this on a At&T plan without data and it made calls just fine. Data was through my home WiFi network.

We would recommend reaching out to AT&T directly regarding the required plans. ^CP
