• It should but it may keep nagging you periodically about either not having a sim installed or no phone service which you will need to swipe off the screen.

• Yes. Great device for kids. Netflix works. YouTube works fast actually. Worth it! Screen is very nice like HD. Best value. Get one or a couple.
