Got it on sale for $29.95 and it is an incredible value. Its performance far exceeded expectations at this price point. Web browsing speed is decent, but there is a noticeable and irritating lag when using Google Assistant with voice commands. The camera is decent for photos; video quality not so good. A nice feature is an Android build with less bloatware than other phones I've owned. I was happily amazed that it allowed me to remove more pre-installed apps than other brands did. It impressed me so much that I bought a second one, for myself, intending to swap the SIM card back and forth between them. I'll keep one fairly clean of extra apps and use the second phone for apps I wouldn't trust with my data. I can also use both phones on-line at the same time via the wifi hotspot feature of the first phone with the SIM installed. This "airgap" gives an extra measure of privacy and security. Plus I have an instant spare phone, already set up and ready to go with just a five minute SIM switch; I'm hard on phones and have ruined three. Great feeling of freedom not having to worry about killing a $300, $500 or $1000 phone.

Other than ATT spamming bloat ware after a recent update and every now and then after a reboot losing and having to reset my grouped icons once per month at least (have all my bible types apps in circle grouping, tools in another, shopping apps another etc it sucks to have to having to drag them back from deeper menu layers now and again. I bought a case for the phone and can't tell how durable it is but my display has zero scratches (so the scratch resistance is working). Battery life is pretty good this first year (get all day use from it but display is set manually to low settings but I will need to replace it soon. I also like how I can set it to treat a sd card (use 128GB card for mine) as internal storage so space is no issue. It works well as hotspot and seems the battery life lasts longer surfing and streaming this way (since screen isn't being lit up) but it required either getting the right ATT data plan or using a third party app (PdaNet+ with my windows computers). It supports OTG adapters so I was able to use flash drives, hub, mouse/keyboard dongles, etc but it doesn't support the type type that charges your while using other devices for example was wanting to use this to replacing my firestick for kodi but it wouldn't allow it to charge and push video out while the same OTG adapter worked for my raspberry pi, older and newer firesticks. Great phone for the price at the time, I intend to replace the battery and go another year with it.

Motorola has been the best Android phone producer since...forever. Member how Motorola CREATED "Droid?" I 'member. This phone is great if you don't intend to use it in the same manner as, say, a high-end smartphone. That might seem obvious, but Motorolas pack so much power into such a small pricetag that you can fool yourself. Really the only thing stopping heavy use here is the 16GB memory, and maybe the RAM. But it goes a long way before pooping the bed. Get this bad boy on sale and you won't find a better deal!

This is a very easy, precise phone to use. It has many features and is comfortable to carry. I had a much smaller phone before and it was a burden to try to use while holding in the hand, this Motorola phone is just right.

Only had a few days but so far exceeds expectations esp. with RAM/CPU I esp like the Android feature where a SD card can be formatted to extend internal memory. The camera is impressive as well Very little bloat ware and most can be removed

Kind of slow, but you're not paying for a top of the line phone when you buy this. The screen is quite good. Well worth the sale price I bought it for. Not sure if it would be worth it at full price.

I've only had it for one month, it's working good so far. Sometimes after three months you really start to see what a phone is made of. So far it has a good Battery life, Camera, screen brightness, volume, and other things.

I bought this phone as a replacement for my older AT&T prepaid phone. I have been using it for a few weeks and am very happy with the phone. It is easy to use, holds a charge well and does what I need it to do at a budget price.

The AT&T Moto E5 Play is truly an incredible buy. Of course Best Buy had the lowest sale price of any retailer. The phone allows you to add an SD card as internal memory so that even though it has 16GB internal memory to begin with, it increases the internal memory to whatever size SD card is added. This is a wonderful feature not found on any prepaid phones. The calls are clear & data from AT&T is fast. have never been happier with a prepaid phone. The camera also takes great photos too!

Nice battery life, full functioning, for the person that wants a phone and realizes it's a phone and not a laptop computer, 55 inch TV or professional camera. No one's going to envy you for this one but at least you'll still have money in the bank when you've bought it.
