• No, it is not compatible (Mint is t-mobile-network). Before you submit your unlock request, make sure you meet these requirements: Your AT&T PREPAID® device has been active for at least 6 months!!!

• Yes just buy it then go to ATT/deviceunlock.com and enter your MEI number and your email and you should get a email with your unlock code within 24 hours but in my experience with ATT gophones my email took no lo her than 15 mins
