Yes, you have to turn it into a hotspot then tethering the data off of it. Please make sure that you have unlimited data plan, otherwise, you will have to pay for what you use.

Not to my knowledge. I could not find any reference to a hotspot on either the phone or in the instructions, and I used my iPhone to try to find this phone as a hotspot. No luck. It does have Bluetooth, however.
