A:Answer @Ratsue, that depends on the particular high-end wireless router in question. You will want a high-end, dual-band (AC) wireless router that is capable of either (a) bridging (extending) the wireless network from the Explore or (b) connecting to the Explore via its USB port. You are more likely to find a high-end router than can bridge the Explore's wireless network than connect via USB. I searched for a couple of months and just couldn't find a high-end wireless router with enough benefits to justify a price of $400-500 or more.
I already had an Apple Airport Router. The Airport can only bridge the wireless network of another Airport router. So that option was out for me. The Airport's USB port can only be used for a storage device, so that option was out. In the end, I attached a Wireless G Ethernet adapter to the RJ-45 port and connected it to the wireless network of the Explore. The performance isn't stellar, but it functions and it's been pretty reliable.
