A:AnswerYou can connect up to 10 devices at a time. Speed and data is up to the service provider and plan. I currently connect 1 Xbox 360, several laptops 5 Roku players and various phones and tablets. We stream exclusively.
A:AnswerI seem to recall a SIM card was not included in the package. Any BestBuy Store with a Mobility Department should be able to answer any SIM Card questions, LTE Service Activation and such.
A:AnswerJust turn it on and it works but it eats through GB a lot faster than we every expected - about 4 per day. So not it just sits and looks pretty.
A:AnswerI got it to work on straight talk which uses the at&t network. Cricket is on the at&t network too, so it’s worth trying. I was impressed by the speed and battery life.
A:AnswerThe device i got will aloww you to get the internet and be able to go online!! Its like having your own wifi on the go!! Not only that, but you pay for the service as you go, no messy or monthly contracts!!
A:AnswerNo not that sophisticated like that. That you would actually need a router and the wifi with the internet. I wouldnt try it or experiment with it. Its just a simple tool to get wifi when your out and about.. this gives you internet where some places dont have any or there wifi is too slow.. this will help you get a stronger signal and easy wifi connect.
A:AnswerIt’s very simple in the manual... the only thing is when u activate it... you would have to pay for it and when you set it up... you have to logged on to the devices internet hotspot... the password and username will be on the screen when you turn it on.
A:AnswerI purchased the Velocity & an AT&T prepaid card and set it up. It is very easy to use and set up is very quick and easy. Moreso than the Verizon Ellipsis which I also purchased. I paid $50 for 5GB and my son was able to use it at his job without cutting into the family data plan. Again, very easy to set up. The downside is if you don't use all the GBs within a month, you lose it. Verizon actually gives you 60 days so that's good. All the info you'd need to monitor usage comes up right on screen - versus Verizon Ellipsis which you have to call to find out what you've used. I highly recommend the AT&T Velocity Hotspot.
