Q: QuestionI'm mounting the screen on the wall and need to buy an entertainment center at the proper height for the projector. What is the minimum / maximum height distance between the projector and the screen?

• A:Answer Hi Eric，The AWOL projector is compatible with screens from 80-150". For 80" screens, the front of the projector is 20" from the wall. For 100" screens, the front of the projector is 23.7" away from the wall. For a 120" screen, the distance from the front of the projector to the wall is 27.5". For a 150" screen, the distance from the front of the projector to the wall is 34". Q: QuestionCan a pane of glass or plexiglass be mounted above projector in custom cabinet to protect animals and kids damaging unit, or will this cause distortion or degrade image quality?

• A:Answer Late reply, but from an OPTICAL viewpoint the glass / plexi would reflect AND refract the beams, so as a photographer well versed in lens, I'd say NO. The lens on projectors are complex devices with multiple special coatings to prevent reflection and refraction of the beams. Any Glass or plexi sheet would not have such coatings and WOULD degrade the image. A second consideration would be that enclosing the projector fully would kill the needed airflow (and hence the unit!). Projectors need massive airflow, they're hot blooded beasts. :)

• A:Answer Yes, this projector can be used outside on a pleasant evening. However, make sure the projector is not exposed to moisture or extreme temperatures, as they might affect the projector's performance. In addition, we recommend setting the projector up where it is shielded from wind or dust.

• A:Answer Yes. However, you will see all of the imperfections on the wall. It would require very detailed sanding and screen paint. The paint can cost $300 for a gallon. You're better off getting a mountable or floor rising screen after spending the time and money.
