- Answer It is adjustable. There are three places to move shelf, or you could probably take it out altogether. It seems to be sturdy.

- Answer The whole thing. All pieces are labeled (A, B, C, etc) and instructions are really easy to follow. Husband and I were very extremely pleased with the quality and color (shade of rich taupe). Great brand of furniture. Hope this helps...

- Answer You can't mount it to the stand how it is setup but if your stand is going against a wall you can mount the TV on the wall and hold all the components in the stand.

- Answer I have a pioneer elite SC-LX501 inside the bottom left cabinet, with a shelf on top to store extra 3D glasses, and misc things. While the receiver does run a tad warm, it fits and is properly ventilated. So no complaints here
