A:AnswerPrior to putting the TV to the mount you were to adjust the straps to pull. I suggest get two wire hangers and the hook part on the hanger should grap the loop where your finger goes into pull both loops at the same time. You will hear the click at the same ti.e pull the bottom of the TV towards you and lift TV.
A:AnswerYes, at least for a 40” tv. I used a large screw in type anchor from Home Depot in the dry wall to avoid using the huge lag bolts and anchors that come with kit. You can find these in the wire shelving aisle at the store. You might want to use the supplied lag bolts an anchors for a larger tv but I didn’t need them for mine.
A:Answerthere are two release catches mounted on the vertical supports. they have cords that hang down that you just pull down while pulling out on the bottom of the TV. if you arent aware of this. it could be because the cords are still wrapped around the vertical supports and not visible. you will have to hpoefully get someone with small hands to reach up and free up the release cables
