A:Answer I can't answer any of the 4 questions asked. The only thing I can recommend is to go to Total Tech Support, I know they can help, I think, on this problem. If they charge you or not is a different question, I'm sure if it's a quick easy fix, they might do it for free, or depending on how screwed up it is they might charge you. Your a lot more smarter than me, I need Total Tech Support, you might just need 2-3 minutes to instruct you. I don't know.
Also, there is a thing called a on/off switch on your TV if you want to crash out, I don't own a Roku yet, but ya never know. I just use the term "KISS" (keep it simple stupid), because I ain't that smart on all this fancy stuff now a days. Hope some of this helped a tad, did the best I could with what I know/don't know.
