• A:Answer Hi Kay! Yes — even though the CleanView Max Lift‑Off has a washable pre‑motor filter, it will eventually need replacement as it wears over time. In addition, the post‑motor filter is not washable and should be replaced when it becomes dirty. We recommend using genuine BISSELL replacement filters, which are sold directly by BISSELL and also available through major retailers that carry BISSELL parts.
