A:AnswerI would try running vinegar through the unit. Depending where you live you might have water deposits that built up, blocking the flow from the pump. This work well on coffee makers as well. Just rinse throughly afterwords.
A:AnswerRemove the plastic cover and check if the belt is broken. If the belt is intact some carpet threads are prolly jammed where the brushes meet the arms. If not follow the instructions to rest the internal breaker
