A: Yes it worked well but use only half of recommended carpet cleaner. Go over with no cleaner for soft carpet
Q: How to use hose on proheat2x
A: When the handle is locked in the upright position, the hose is available for use.
Q: how to unclog unit, it wont eject water
A: I would try running vinegar through the unit. Depending where you live you might have water deposits that built up, blocking the flow from the pump. This work well on coffee makers as well. Just rinse throughly afterwords.
Q: I turn it on but brushes don't move
A: Remove the plastic cover and check if the belt is broken. If the belt is intact some carpet threads are prolly jammed where the brushes meet the arms. If not follow the instructions to rest the internal breaker
