• A:Answer Hopefully you've got it already, but Best Buy will send you an email that says "Your Digital Download Instructions" The Best Buy blue ribbon email message will have a picture of Bitdefender on the right side with the instructions on the left. Just below the picture, there's a sku and then below that is "Your Code" and below that is the Install Now button in brown. Good Luck.

• A:Answer In Windows 10, you can easily dictate which programs will or will not start automatically at startup. Right-click on the taskbar at the bottom of your screen to bring up Task Manager. Then click on the "Startup" tab, which will display a list of programs available to load at startup. In the "Status" column, you can right-click and select to "Enable" or "Disable" an entry, which will determine if it will load in the future at startup. You can go back and reverse the settings at any time.

• A:Answer Yes, it is highly recommended that you remove the other antivirus software before installing Bitdefender. Antivirus programs do not usually play well together, and running two at the same time will often lead to one singling out the other as a virus, or in some cases, even cause file corruption. Plus, running two apps can really eat up system resources.

• A:Answer Purchased the digital version from Best Buy at half the price. Best Buy sends and email with a download link to the product from their library which includes the product key code. If previously installed you only need to enter the code key into the BitDefender activation link to renew the subscription, you do not need to download the product (again) from the digital library.
