- Answer Within the blink app i think you can designate some areas of coverage. You can also set different ranges for things that trigger the camera to come on etc.

- Answer No monthly fee, but you can get enhanced features if you choose to subscribe. There are no zones on the camera as there are on other Blink cameras. Overall it works very well with no subscription.
