QuestionIs this unit designed to reduce or remove bad odors in a bedroom, possibly body odor from sleeping?

- Answer To remove gasses, odors and smoke/fumes. You would need a carbon filter. It does remove particulates that may have some of that odor trapped with it but carbon filters would be the only thing I can think of that traps VOCs and odors.

Questiondoes this come with a filter already or do i need to purchase that seperatly, i understand i will be purchasing replacement filters and its also my understanding they are to be replaced every 6 months or so, but this comes with a filter ready to use?

- Answer The 411 Auto has an air quality sensor and will speed up to medium or high when needed and back to low when the air is cleaned.

QuestionI purchased this in August. It worked great until last week. The lights quit working, It would not reset, cleaned filters and cleaned the sensor, Used different plug outlets. no electric outages. I want to exchange it. How do I do this?

- Answer Nope. Just plug in and press the top to start. If you set it to auto, the air quality sensor automatically detects the current air quality in your space and what speed the fan needs to be in order to return your air quality to acceptable levels quickly.

QuestionThe circle shaped top button is red always, it usually lights right to left when switching from low to high output. It no longer indicates low to high. What does that mean?
