“All my contacts are set up as "emergency calls only". I cannot delete them from the ICE emergency contact group. I cannot make calls. Trying to edit the contacts does not work. How is this problem corrected? Help needed for my Samsung GalaxyJ7 Perx LTE”

• Without an active service plan, you will not be able to make calls. You will need to acquire service to make calls.

• You have to go to settings and do a system update.
