• A:Answer It will come with three different SIM cards, you can reduce the size of each card (larger to smaller). Eject your SIM tray and match the size, it is quite simple. I don't think it matters which SIM card you use but make sure you keep the others as spares to be used on other phones you may get/have.

• A:Answer no, this kit has 3 sim cards SIMOLW416Q + SIMOLW506C + SIMOLW506TQ whereas LG G5 uses SIMGLW446C sim card. If it's a sprint mobile, better buy a sim card from sprint store (they might toss it for free) or sprint online.
