“Previous model has several reviews about a horrible odor from the tub that can't be removed and about plastic cups, etc washed in that machine having a permanent odor. Have these issues been corrected w/ this model?”

• I have noticed a slight odor that was present from the start before machine ever used but nothing terrible. Have washed plastic items that have not picked up any odor.

• Pour 3 tablespoons of ammonia into waste inlet opening at the bottom of the tub before running every washing cycle.
