There is not an additional ice maker available for this Refrigerator, however, this Refrigerator does feature the Bosch QuickIcePro System which offers rapid ice replenishment, producing up to 12 lbs of ice per day, based on filling 8 oz glasses. ensuring ample ice availability.

- Answer A Quick look this morning, is about 2” for the door and maybe 2 more inches for the handle… the door would be open 90degrees to the fridge itself.

QuestionI have this fridge and may need to change the water valve as the water / ice dispensers are not working. Which model / part should I buy?

- Answer I had a similar issue with the ice dispenser not working. If it's still under warranty call Bosch directly and have them send an authorized repair man. If you call someone to look at the ice maker, they probably won't be able to figure out what's wrong, which will negate any chance of having Bosch fix your ice dispenser. Mine still doesn't work and the repair person couldn't figure out why.

QuestionOur ice maker started making a loud knocking noise 4 months after we got it. We would take it out and make sure there wasn't any ice chunks blocking the turning of the metal dispenser. The ice maker stopped working at 8 months. what do I do now?

You can disconnect your refrigerator from the power for 1 minute, either by removing the power cord from the wall outlet or by switching off the circuit breaker.
