QuestionIs there a heater inside of this dishwasher or does it rely on stale air to dry the dishes?

- Answer It has a heating element for the water, but it uses condensation drying like other Bosch dishwashers. I own this model. It gets everything almost completely dry except for plastics that have areas where water can collect on them.

QuestionWe purchased this dishwasher recently from Best Buy. During our first runs, it melted plastic straws and shattered plastic plates. The sanitize function is NOT on, but when it completes every cycle, it still says "Sanitized". Anyone else with this issue?

QuestionThe installer says that this dishwasher is shorter than average, and looks to be ADA compliant. Manufacturer says it's just a newer type and the installer probably hasn't seen before. Anyone else has this issue?

- Answer No issue. It has legs on the bottom and a big screw below the bottom panel that adjusts the height. I self installed and it was straight forward.
