Q: QuestionThe specs say that this unit has a proofing function. But I don’t see it offered on the panel. Does this unit truly offer proofing for dough?

Q: QuestionIs there a mute function so that it doesn’t make any noise or beeps?

• A:Answer Hi LB, thanks for your question. For model HBL8454UC, the only noise that can be completely turned off is the "key beep" whenever a button is pressed. As for notifications, those can only be adjusted to Low, Normal, or High.
